About Boston:

Boston Scott was born on April 27, 1995, in Zachary, Louisiana, USA. He attended Zachary High School, where he played football as a running back and was named the District 4-5A Offensive MVP in his senior year.

Scott went on to play college football at Louisiana Tech, where he played in 47 games over four seasons. During his college career, he rushed for 2,840 yards and 23 touchdowns, while also catching 92 passes for 1,047 yards and nine touchdowns.

In the 2018 NFL Draft, Scott was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the sixth round, but was waived by the team during final roster cuts. He was then signed to the practice squad of the Philadelphia Eagles, where he spent most of the 2018 season. Scott was promoted to the active roster in December 2018 and made his NFL debut against the Los Angeles Rams, where he returned a kickoff for 35 yards.

Scott became a valuable player for the Eagles in the 2019 season, particularly in the latter half of the season. He scored three touchdowns in the team's final four games, including a crucial touchdown in the team's playoff victory over the New York Giants. In the 2020 season, Scott played in all 16 regular-season games for the Eagles and had 80 carries for 374 yards and a touchdown, along with 25 receptions for 212 yards and a touchdown. Scott also rushed for 373 yards and a personal-best seven touchdowns for the Eagles in 2021 and had 13 catches for 83 yards.

In 2022-2023 season Scott and the Eagles would go on to play in SuperBowl 57 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Scott Off the field

Off the field, Scott is known for his strong Christian faith and has been open about his struggles with dyslexia. He has spoken publicly about his experiences with the condition, and has used his platform as an NFL player to raise awareness about dyslexia and other learning disabilities.

Scott also plays professional rocket league and is signed to Esports organization, Dignitas! Read more about Dignitas here

Scott, 26, has the status of Grand Champion in Rocket League, putting him in the top .52% of over 6 million competitive players globally. He will serve as the fourth member and substitute as well as content creator for the professional team.

"Gaming has always been a part of my life. It had an impact on me since I was young that has made it bigger than just a hobby that I enjoy," Scott said in a statement. "So the fact that I'm able to join Dignitas is a dream come true."

Dignitas, which was acquired by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2016, is a power organization in the world of esports, with six championships over the past three years. Rocket League is a soccerlike game with cars instead of people trying to score goals on the pitch.

Scott resigned with Dignitas in 2023 for another season:
