huge shout out to their customer service team as they were very attentive and helpful throughout the process. the pc came in damaged due to fedex (no surprise there…), but after reaching out to their customer support it was quickly resolved. they were super kind and patient. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. beside that the pc works perfectly and is the most aesthetically pleasing thing i own. small business, but definitely amongst the best. can’t wait for them to continue to grow and follow them in their journey. 10/10 recommend. i will be adding a video of the final product after i receive the glass replacements :)

EDIT: Support reached out within hours of reviewing the product and helped me until 10PM trying to get it fixed. Even if we couldn’t fix it that night, they were going to video chat the next morning. The build is beautiful and is easily the talk of my friends. Would definitely recommend people their way.

Absolutely love this build that they sent me. However, I’ve reached out 4 time about a problem that I’ve had with no response. Every time I put the computer to sleep it loses internet connect (connected via Ethernet). I then have to go back to the tower and unplug the ethernet cord and plug back in. Doesn’t seem like that big of a deal, but the ethernet is the back side of the PC along with it being on far away and such a deep case. Id absolutely give it 5 stars, but reaching out numerous times to try to fix it after paying so much hurts the rating. It’s a beautiful build and great specs, just one flaw that brings it down. Will update if I get anyone to respond to me.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. The team was extremely professional and very quick with my snow white building. I also ordered various other products from Vyral that came very swiftly. I would recommend Vyral to anyone who wants a professionally built PC. I have been building PCs for over 10 plus years this is my first time not building my own and I was extremely impressed! Also, I would like to give a shout out to Braethorn for introducing me to you guys without him I would have never found a company that now has a lifetime customer. Amazing work!!! Will be ordering tons more from Vyral in the future!

Received my “Snowwhite” Pc and all i can same is Sheesh! Excellent build quality and customer service, kept me informed the whole way through the process and even helped with some tech issues on a Saturday!! Definitely earned a life long customer.
