SHIPPING

At Vyralteq, we understand that timely completion and delivery of your system is important to you. We aim to complete your order as quickly as practically possible, typically within 7-10 days from the time we receive your order. However, please note that the build process may take up to 3 weeks to leave our warehouse.

The build time may vary depending on several factors, including component shipments, the complexity of your build (more complex builds may take longer), and the various tests we conduct on every system, such as burn-in tests and leak tests for liquid cooling loops. As a small shop, we strive to keep our inventory lean to reduce costs and keep our prices competitive.

Rest assured that we will communicate with you throughout the process to keep you updated on the status of your order. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@vyralteq.com.

VyralTeq Return and Refund Policy


Non-PC Products

  1. Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, retain original tags, and be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  2. Return Process: Contact us at info@vyralteq.com to initiate a return. Once approved, you may send the item back to us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return Fees: A 5% fee will apply to all returns to cover associated credit card costs.
  4. Shipping and Duties: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, import taxes, or duties.
  5. Non-refundable Items: Clothing and merchandise, including but not limited to hats, hoodies, tees, Vyral printed panels, and custom cases, are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns and the custom-made nature of these items.
  6. Product Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@vyralteq.com if you encounter any issues like defects, damage, or incorrect items.
  7. Custom Case Uploads: Vyralteq explicitly disclaims any liability or responsibility for copyright images uploaded by users. We do not endorse or take accountability for such uploads. Responsibility for the use of copyrighted images rests entirely with the individual who uploads them. By uploading an image, the user implicitly agrees to assume all legal consequences and potential breaches of copyright law associated with the use of said image.

PC Products

  1. Order Cancellation: Due to immediate parts sourcing, cancellations cannot be made once an order is placed. Exceptions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis prior to shipping, subject to a minimum 7% fee to cover bank and credit card charges.
  2. Non-refundable Items: Fully assembled PCs, custom orders, pre-ordered desk pads and mouse pads, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
  3. Product Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with any aspect of your build, contact us promptly at info@vyralteq.com. We will work with you to reach a suitable resolution, which may include repairs, replacements, or part exchanges.
  4. Exchanges: For speedy replacements, return your approved item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
  5. Refund Approval and Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund (minus a 20% processing fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take anywhere from 5 business days to 3 weeks to process and post the refund.
  6. Shipping & Insurance: Customers bear all shipping and insurance costs. In the event of a PC arriving damaged and without shipping insurance, the refund value will reflect the cost of the replacement PC parts.
  7. Sales and Deposits: All sales and deposits for merchandise reservations are final and non-refundable.
  8. Return Conditions: Returns, accepted within 30 days of purchase at our discretion, incur a 20% fee of the purchase price. Returns made after 30 days will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee, plus a $35 per day rental fee.
  9. Cost Coverage: We do not cover or reimburse shipping costs, freight insurance, packaging materials, or Microsoft Windows or Office products.
  10. Lifetime Warranty: Our PCs come with a standard Lifetime Warranty, which covers specific parts and labor. Please see our Warranty page for more details.

REFUND POLICY - Non PC
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@vyralteq.com. If your return is accepted, simply return the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@vyralteq.com. There is a 5% fee charged on ALL returns regardless of the situation, this is due to the credit card fees associated, you are responsible for all shipping, import taxes or duties associated.

All merchandise/clothing is non refundable. Including hats, hoodies, Tees, ect. 

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND POLICY - PC's
Once your PC is ordered we start sourcing parts, therefore you may not cancel your order. We can work with you one on one if a problem arises before shipment to provide exceptions however all exceptions will, at a minimum result in a 5% fee due to bank charges and credit card fees still assed to us. Please email info@vyralteq.com to request an exception!

Fully built PCs are NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unhappy with any part of your build please email us ASAP and we work to make it right! Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Pre ordered Desk pads and mouse pads are non refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If we provide an exception to the return policy for PCs or custom items we will refund you the purchase price less 20% for processing and credit card fees. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance. If the PC arrives broken or damaged and you did not pay for shipping insurance, your refund will reflect the replacement PC parts. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All sales are final and as is. All deposits to hold merchandise are non-refundable. All returns are at the sole and exclusive discretion of the company, must take place within 30 days of purchase, and will be charged a rental fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE Any returns after 30 days will be charged restocking fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE plus $35 per day rental fee. Microsoft Windows or Office products VYRAL does not pay for nor reimburse any costs associated with shipping, shipping or freight insurance, or packaging materials for return products.
