This was my first time moving into PC gaming and I had originally planned to build my own before realizing I didn't have the free time to do it. Purchased a i9-13900, 4090, fully custom. I was extremely happy with the price and the result.
huge shout out to their customer service team as they were very attentive and helpful throughout the process. the pc came in damaged due to fedex (no surprise there…), but after reaching out to their customer support it was quickly resolved. they were super kind and patient. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. beside that the pc works perfectly and is the most aesthetically pleasing thing i own. small business, but definitely amongst the best. can’t wait for them to continue to grow and follow them in their journey. 10/10 recommend. i will be adding a video of the final product after i receive the glass replacements :)
