REFUND POLICY - Non PC
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, simply return the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a 5% fee charged on ALL returns regardless of the situation, this is due to the credit card fees associated, you are responsible for all shipping, import taxes or duties associated.
All merchandise/clothing is non refundable. Including hats, hoodies, Tees, ect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUND POLICY - PC's
Once your PC is ordered we start sourcing parts, therefore you may not cancel your order. We can work with you one on one if a problem arises before shipment to provide exceptions however all exceptions will, at a minimum result in a 7% fee due to bank charges and credit card fees still assigned to us. Please email email@example.com to request an exception! Fully built PCs are NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unhappy with any part of your build please email us ASAP and we will work to make it right! Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Pre ordered Desk pads and mouse pads are non refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. So return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If we provide an exception to the return policy for PCs or custom items we will refund you the purchase price less 20% for processing and credit card fees. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance. If the PC arrives broken or damaged and you did not pay for shipping insurance, your refund will reflect the replacement PC parts. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (This could be anything from 5 Business days up to 3 weeks)
All sales are final and as is. All deposits to hold merchandise are non-refundable. All returns are at the sole and exclusive discretion of the company, must take place within 30 days of purchase, and will be charged a rental fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE Any returns after 30 days will be charged restocking fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE plus $35 per day rental fee. Microsoft Windows or Office products VYRAL does not pay for nor reimburse any costs associated with shipping, shipping or freight insurance, or packaging materials for return products.

Please note when shipping internationally, you are responsible for your countries own duties and taxes. We do not pre pay any duties or taxes and you are responsible for paying directly upon or before delivery. We can not quote what that fee will be as it varies country by country but is roughly 12-22%.
