This was my first time moving into PC gaming and I had originally planned to build my own before realizing I didn't have the free time to do it. A friend recommended Vyral and they were fantastic and informative every step of the way; getting to support a locally-owned small business was an added bonus.
They finished my build four days after I ordered it (way ahead of my schedule) and I was back to streaming after an 8-month hiatus within days. huge shout out to their customer service team as they were very attentive and helpful throughout the process. the pc came in damaged due to fedex (no surprise there…), but after reaching out to their customer support it was quickly resolved. they were super kind and patient. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. beside that the pc works perfectly and is the most aesthetically pleasing thing i own. small business, but definitely amongst the best. can’t wait for them to continue to grow and follow them in their journey. 10/10 recommend. i will be adding a video of the final product after i receive the glass replacements :)
