At Vyralteq, we understand that timely completion and delivery of your system is important to you. We aim to complete your order as quickly as practically possible, typically within 7-10 days from the time we receive your order. However, please note that the build process may take up to 3 weeks to leave our warehouse.

The build time may vary depending on several factors, including component shipments, the complexity of your build (more complex builds may take longer), and the various tests we conduct on every system, such as burn-in tests and leak tests for liquid cooling loops. As a small shop, we strive to keep our inventory lean to reduce costs and keep our prices competitive.

We are now shipping worldwide on everything. Please be mindful of Taxes and duties for your own corresponding countries and laws. VYRAL isn't liable nor accountable for any fees due by your countries customs office.

Lead times on deliveries will vary as will costs depending on your geographical locations. For shipping costs our website will provide an estimated shipping cost at checkout.

Taxes and Duties

Please note when shipping internationally, you are responsible for your countries own duties and taxes. We do not pre pay any duties or taxes and you are responsible for paying directly upon or before delivery. We can not quote what that fee will be as it varies country by country but is roughly 12-22%.

  • Q - My parcel has arrived damaged what do I do?
    • A - Take pictures of everything the more detail you can provide the better we can assist you. Please then email us at info@vyralteq.com with your order number, images and a brief description of what's happened to the best of your knowledge

  • QWhat shipping carriers do you use?
    • A - We use FedEx and UPS which we provide tracking information for when we ship.

  • Q - What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
    • A - Shipping time is separate to build time. Builds can anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete see further details above. Once built the shipping time will be sent in an email with tracking information attached as a rough guide. Mainland US anywhere from 2-4 days & international anywhere from 5-10days (all subjective too your countries custom's and other unforeseen circumstances we have no control over)

  • Q - Can I track my shipment?
    • A - Yes you will be able to track your shipment when we send you your email with your tracking information attached. 

  • Q - Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
    • A - Yes this can be done please just email us stating what address you would like to change this too 

  • Q - Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
    • A - Local pickup is available this is an option at the checkout. We are located in Vyral Compound 2078 East Dorothy Lane, Dayton OH

    • A - You will have received an email from us with your tracking information.

    • A - Yes you can get free shipping on orders over $129 (This is only for Mainland US Customers Excludes PC's)
